Our prefered method of delivery for UK mainland deliveries is Royal Mail 1st class Recorded Signed For delivery.
If you would prefer a different method of delivery then please feel free to contact us to discuss the options available and the associated costs.
You can of course always collect in person by prior arrangement.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We sell only the finest quality products from reputable manufacturers, so we rarely have problems with any of our products. But if your item is damaged or defective in some way, we’ll make sure you’re taken care of, as follows:
Defective Item – Most of our products are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty. If your item has a defect, please contact the manufacturer as instructed in the paperwork that came with the product. If you need help contacting the manufacturer, feel free to contact us.
Damaged Item – If your product was damaged during shipping, contact us and we’ll help you get the replacement you need or arrange for total replacement of the product at no cost to you.
Returns – If there’s nothing wrong with the product and you simply want to return it, we do accept returns within 30 days of the date you received the product less postage costs.
